Dr. Sanika’s approach is as follows:

-15 minute complimentary intro call to get to know one another and talk through any questions/concerns

-60 minute initial intake that includes a deep dive into your personal health concerns and goals. We will talk about your nutrition, sleep, emotional health, hormone health, etc. You and Dr. Sanika will collaborate together to create individualized, and sustainable plans to fulfill your health goals.

-30 minute follow-up consultations as needed by you, or as recommended by Dr. Sanika.

Yes, in the state of Washington, ND’s are licensed primary care physicians. This can vary depending on your health insurance plan.
